All pieces at House of Rishabh Grover are made to order. This means your piece is crafted after your order is placed — not pulled from existing stock. We do not mass-produce. Every order is made with intention, and that takes time.

Please plan accordingly, especially for events or occasions with a fixed date.

PRODUCTION TIME

Standard ready-to-ship styles: 3–4 weeks from order confirmation
Custom and bespoke orders: 4–6 weeks from design finalisation

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)

Once your order is dispatched, standard delivery within India takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

We ship to all major cities and most pin codes across India. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, write to us before placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.

International delivery timelines vary by destination — typically 7–21 business days after dispatch.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees levied by your country’s authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We have no control over customs timelines or fees.

TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

DELAYS

While we do our best to meet production and shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to fabric sourcing, embellishment processes, or courier-related factors. We will proactively communicate any delays.
